Disable Kaspersky When Installing Bash On Windows

I just tried installing Bash On Windows on a machine with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, and the install stalled after displaying "passwd: password updated successfully". It turns out this is related to a bug in Kaspersky. While the Bash on Windows installer was still frozen, I exited Kaspersky, and the bash install process immediately resumed and ran to completion.

Details on the bug can be found here: https://github.com/Microsoft/BashOnWindows/issues/703.
